MOVING THE TEMPLE MENORAH TO THE HURVA PLAZA IN JERUSALEM’S OLD CITY

As reported yesterday, the Golden Menorah which was built by the Temple Institute, and is ready for use in the Holy Temple, has been moved to a new temporary location, due to construction being done in its former location (alongside the stairway leading down to the Western Wall Plaza).

The Menorah’s new location is in the Hurva Plaza, Jerusalem’s Old City Jewish Quarter’s most central and accessible location, where millions will see it over the next two years, during which the construction of an elevator leading down to the Western Wall Plaza will take place.

This short video clip documents the moving of the Menorah to its new location.

May the next stop for the Golden Menorah be the rebuilt Holy Temple!
