This post first appeared on Kineti and is authored by Judah Gabriel Himango, one of Tabernacle of David’s teachers.

If you’re a musician who plays Messianic music, this is for you.

I’m glad to announce that Messianic Chords, the place to go for guitar chord charts and lyrics for Messianic Jewish music, is now in the App Store:

iOS version forthcoming.

I rewrote Messianic Chords itself from the ground up just the other week. It’s faster, works better on mobile, new features, a new tech stack and a fresh can of paint.

I built this site for my own needs, really: a way to quickly find chord charts for Messianic music. I use the site to learn new songs, practice songs on the guitar, and print the chord charts when I go to play music at Messianic congregations. I think it’s useful to any musician who plays Messianic music.

It has since grown a great deal, with many musicians contributing chord charts to their songs. I believe it is the largest repository of chord charts for Messianic music anywhere on the web.

Enjoy!
